Came across Niko at a charity event where we hit it off, i happened to be moving and boom, we set up a time to handle the move.

Niko was amazing, i mean amazing. he came early, worked hard, played with my son, everything.

Great crew, great experience

I was weary from the get go but they had decent reviews, had availability and were local. Or so I thought. This company lists their address as downtown Holly Springs but that's a lie. Everything was correct on the reservation like time, date and the crew and truck size. But when they showed up there were only 2 guys instead of 4, and the truck was tiny. Additionally, the truck already had a huge couch in it. At first, Avanutee tried to blame it on me that I messed up the reservation until I pulled up my receipt for proof. She called back a few minutes later and told me that their dispatch messed up sent the wrong crew. Avauntee told me they would send an additional crew and truck to help but they never showed up. A move that was supposed to take 2 hours took about 8. Throughout the move, I caught the movers multiple times lounging on our furniture and playing on their phones. Eventually, Avauntee and Niko showed up to help finish the job but it just made it worse. Niko tried to blame the whole thing on me. We actually got into a heated argument in my kitchen.
During the move they gouged and scuffed multiple walls and doors. They ripped off the front door trim. Damaged multiple pieces of furniture to include a childhood dresser of my wife's. Not just light scuffs, deep gouges, legs broken and pieces missing. They completely destroyed the side and back panel of our brand new refrigerator. We filed claims with their insurance while they were there. They took pics and said they would get back to us. They ensured us that everything will be fixed or replaced. The only thing they ended up fixing was the front door trim. Everything else I had to do myself out of pocket. They filed a separate claim for the fridge to get it replaced or fixed. I followed up week after week and kept getting the runaround. Eventually they stopped responding and the claim was never resolved. This is the worst company and the worst people I have ever dealt with. Complete trash and I hope they fail

Movers came without tools, got lost and they still charged for the time. So unprofessional

Family owned /Mom & Pop business, they helped me with my move to the OBX. They are very friendly, helpful and did a great job with my move at a reasonable price.
