A pleasure to work with

I cannot say enough good things about Carroll's! We hired them for an office move in Vineyard Haven and they were extremely responsive, professional and helpful. Michael did a wonderful job coordinating our very complicated move and the movers, Corey and Augie, were not only a pleasure to be around but extremely cautious and even helped me to decide the layout of the furniture. I HIGHLY recommend!

Unfortunately, Carroll’s is the only moving company on the island (since Barnes has been taken over by Carroll’s). I had used Barnes on multiple occasions and had never had any bad outcomes. I had a major move with Carroll’s and have been going through my items. So many of the boxes are mislabeled and things are in a jumbled mess. Many items are broken and/or damaged. I am sorry to say that many pieces of my furniture are seriously scratched (like deep gouges). There are missing items as well and we even have other peoples’ stuff (that I have absolutely no clue who they may belong to). I’ve tried to contact the company, but have been ignored. I just saw the reply to this review. No, the company did NOT call or email me whatsoever.

I had the best moving experience, the team they sent were great.
