Carte Blanche Moving

We had a very poor experience with these movers when we moved from the DFW area. My daughter is autistic and nonverbal. I understand that seeing a grown woman in a wheelchair snapping her fingers is not the norm, but in my home, it is. Well, the manager on site and the workers were not aware that I know Spanish. They made fun of her and called her estupudo retrasado more than once. One of them was smiling at me and said it thinking I was clueless. My husband was extremely upset removed my daughter from the home. When I confronted the manager about it, he laughed and told me I was being ridiculous and as a white person, I must have misunderstood. I’m not even mad. Well im a little mad but I’m more disappointed humanity.
They also left a mess even though I was told in the beginning that they cleaned up well after they were done, but that didn’t happen. I don’t even care about that compared to the other things that were said about my daughter. I did care that one of the guys Misjudged the opening to the truck and dented the TV. Steve the supposed owner told me that the dent was there before they moved it even though I had video of him doing it on my Nest doorbell. He didn’t give me a chance to explain and dismissed my concerns. He refused to look at the video. I’m sure I can’t be the only one that had these issues. I’m guessing he just hires different crews. But to have a manager speak like that about another human while on the job is disgusting. He took no accountability. He kept telling me I wasn’t going to get a refund, and I kept telling him I didn’t want one.

The best moving company ever! All the guys were very polite, professional and helpful. We have used Carte Blanche 3x's and will be using them again on our next move. Worth every penny!

We moved from PA to TX in a large ABF trailer. While our goods were en route, Steven was super flexible with us, as we needed to change our move-in plan a few times once we realized that the trailer would not fit in our new driveway. With very little notice, Steven was able to provide us with a 5 man team and 2 trucks to meet the trailer at the terminal and move our belongings off the trailer and onto smaller trucks to be delivered and moved into our new home. This was a stressful situation that was made easier by Carte Blanche Moving. Ethan and his team showed up on a 100+ degree day and worked hard and fast basically moving our goods twice in 1 day- including a very heavy piano, which they moved with ease. The Carte Blanche team was professional, strong, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely hire this company again in the future, and will recommend them to family and friends!

They broke several items moving house contents from a storage unit in Lewisville to a house about 15 minutes away. 2 boxes of ammunition were missing also somehow during this short move. If you have anything of value do not ever use this company!

I have moved many times. These guys were by far the fastest, most organized, and the most careful I have ever seen. I have never seen movers wrap all my furniture to keep it from being damaged. They were well worth the money.
