Cascade Heated Self Storage

The staff here has always been terrific but Matt Campbell went way over and above to assist me when I was moving my elderly mom's things. I cannot express how much I appreciate his help.

I never write reviews, but I had to in order to spare someone else from the same very poor customer service. We rented one of Cascade’s moving trucks for the weekend for a whole few miles of moving (literally moved around the corner from my old place, just up the road from cascade). We filled up with gas after, returned and asked if there was anything else we needed to do and front desk gave the ok. A week later I get a bill for an extra 60 dollars for gas, that turns out had been siphoned from our truck because they have zero security. The front desk lady even said after the fact this happens a lot. We escalated the issue up to management and they refused to hold themselves accountable for their poor lack of security or even consider compensating us for the extra bill that wasn’t ours. Awful experience from upper management. Please do not use this service.

I've only been storing here for a short while, but I have been in and out frequently.

Staff here has always been remarkably kind and has been extremely helpful. I'm insanely thankful that they called saying that our unit was locked open as we neglected to throw the slider when we left last.

Everything is kept clean, things are well managed, and the entire facility feels quite secure.

If you want to protect your family treasures, I wouldn't recommend Cascade Heated Storage in North Bend. Every time I go out to pick something up, I find more and more mildew on my belongings. Tried to ask staff about it multiple times. Their response is, 'No idea how that happened. You should contact your insurance.' My family has been paying more than $450 a month for the past 4 plus years only to have them brush off this incident as not their concern. We chose this facility because they stated it was heated.

Laura was so helpful in upgrading to a larger unit. Units are clean and the facility is well maintained. The staff and facility manager are friendly and so helpful! Couldn’t ask for a better storage facility!
