Caseboise Moving

Caseboise was Recommended by Dillabaugh Flooring in concert with re-flooring our entire house. Mike and Jenifer and their entire team are consummate professionals. From the pre-move walk-through, to the amazing removal and replacement of an entire houseful of furniture, every member of the team was careful, precise, and professional. The price point was more than reasonable for the excellent service provided. Highly recommend!

Caseboise helped us move to a new home last summer. The team was very professional and showed great care for our items. They asked us in advance if we had any large or specialty items to move so they were prepared for everything when they arrived. Everything was quick and painless for us, and we were able to get settled into our new home in record time!

These guys came recommended to us to help us load up our belongings into 5 pods while we moved to an airbnb until our house was ready to move into. the guys seemed nice enough at first, but they began to make passive aggressive comments about how we should have started loading our boxes by ourselves into the pods before their arrival. But this is why we hired them. They also made comments about how we weren't ready to move which was not the case. We had our boxes packed, taped up, and ready to go and other 'open' boxes were going with us to our airbnb which my husband and I loaded by ourselves into our cars. They also packed up all my Christmas boxes when my husband told them not to because we needed them at our airbnb. Furthermore, they loaded up our garage freezer without bothering to open it. I had homemade marinara and shredded zucchini as well as some personal documents in there that I needed. It would have taken 2 seconds to let me know. Additionally, they didn't bother to ask if they needed to load my washer and dryer and when the house was empty and I asked them, they were very put out and annoyed. Lastly, the guys took off and our belongings were still not fully packed up. My husband had to move our giant outdoor bin on his own into the pod and we had to stay super late at our house to wrap up things they left undone. I'm so disappointed. We have moved several times with movers, and this was the worst experience by far.

There were additional fees I was not made aware of when I got the estimate. Very disappointed when I received the invoice.
