I really appreciate the care and professionalism that a difficult move was handled. My sister needed to be packed and moved from one assisted living to another. Once the move had been completed a medical issue came up and many items needed to be repacked and moved to a storage unit. Great job to all that worked on this project. I was well taken care of.

First of all ... I acknowledge that I had a lot of stuff. But other than the major furniture, and *some* of the food items, hardly anything was delivered to the rooms marked on the boxes. (ALL the boxes were well marked.) Everything else was stacked in the garage and on the patio, will-nilly, so that I can’t find ANYTHING. I’m talking about my CPAP equipment, silverware, medications, I have ONE pair of shoes, etc., etc. I could go on and on.

I’m a 70 year old woman. There’s no way I can carry all those boxes into the house much less up the stairs. Now I’m going to have to hire someone to do it.

So ... you can imagine that I’m a tad angry. Plus, I’ve had to shell out a lot of money already for necessities that I can’t find. In addition, there was a lot of minor (and some not-so-minor) damage from dings to the walls, etc. for which I was given a very small concession. Much less than it’s going to cost me to repair.

The second star is for the great job they did packing up. I will say that. I was going to give 3 stars, but for the grossly UNDER-estimatation of the costs.

I just cannot, in good conscience, give any kind of positive recommendation for CaseBoise. I was and am grossly disappointed.
