Great team, went over and above what other movers I hired have done. Putting furniture together, no wall dents, they care about your stuff and it shows.

I was calling around to get a quotes for my move recently. I spoke with a young guy at Catfish Moving Company in Nashville, TN and after asking about my move (location, date, items I needed moved, if I had stairs, etc.) He quoted me a price and advised after a make the deposit I would locked in. I advise to send the quote and link for the deposit. Again, I was told after I pay the deposit I would be locked in and confirmed. After shopping around I decided to move myself with a uhaul. Never locking in, confirming, or paying a deposit with any of the companies I spoke with. On the day of my move two movers from Catfish showed up saying their are there to help me move. I advise I never confirmed anything with company and did not need their services.

Thinking all was well I went on about my day. I started getting emaild saying I owed the company a cancellation fees. Ignoring the first one. I got three more advising I owed for the cancellation fee. Getting frustrated I called to company to discuss the email about the fee. After speaking with the same young man and him getting an attitude (which got me little toasty). He asked me why was I calling the company. SIR, I'M CALLING BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY IS ADVISING I OWE MONEY THAT I DON'T. I NEVER CONFIRMED OR PAID YOUR DEPOSIT. Then he proceeded to tell me that it not going on my credit report so why am I worried about it. As I was trying to answer his question he abruptly cut me off, claimed he would take of it, and hung up in my face.

I am not really worried about his Customer Service Skills towards me. Because they dont ever have to worry about me being a customer. And I will spread the word to beware of this company to my friends and family. Its was all peachy when they think they will get your money. But he rudeness when you have a concern was nasty.

As a black consumer I try circulate my black dollar with black businesses but this company, I would never. If they were the only company selling ice water in hell, I would pass
