I just moved on Dec 2 from out of state from California. Randy came gave me my estimate and Kevin and crew moved my stuff into storage quickly and efficiently. Then on December 19 they moved me into my new home. The guys were amazing and careful. Everything was put into its place. I was so stressed about my move but CC Relocation definitely took alot of my stress away. I would definitely use them again and again.

My uncle hired them to move from Santa Ana, CA and they were supposed to leave California on October 18th, today November 5th they have not left and my uncle is now stuck here without furniture and a load of excuses. No refund or discount has been offered. Terrible company, we will not recommend to anyone and will seek further assistance.

Ricardo and his crew were extremely proffessional, helpful, courteous & respectful. Got here at 8am and were gone by 11am. Thank you to Randy who was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what we needed! I would highly recommend this company!

BEWARE: Don't use these guys for packing and be careful using them at all! Randy is a nice and likeable guy who will come walk your home, sound extremely knowledgeable. and give you an estimate with a high degree of confidence but then they do not in any way shape or form honor that estimate. We did our homework, read the reviews, had Randy come to our home and showed him EXACTLY what we were bringing. He gave me a quote of MAX $2,600 to move and pack. I want to be clear that we did not change anything we were bringing, in fact, we actually decided to leave 2 pieces of furniture I told randy we were bringing. Randy gave us a detailed quote and explained everything. They were not the lowest bid we got but we liked their professionalism and chose them based on that and pricing. Fast forward Randy sends a crew out to pack one day and then move the next. He sent more guys than he had said which didnt really concern us, but the packing took a lot longer than expected and one of the guys kept asking us if he could have things to the point where it was awkward. They didnt give us an update on our quote after day 1. So then the next day they loaded our pod and the total was nearly 2x what Randy had told us the max amount would be. It turns out it was a combination of labor but also a large amount of material. Without asking our consent they used a ton of moving blankets and charged us $22 a piece. This was not in Randy's estimate. They guy told us he could not leave until he got a payment and randy wasn't picking up his phone. He even admitted that 'this pricing variance happens a lot'. Later when we got a hold of Randy he said they had made an error and charged us for more blankets than we used but that only translated to a $250 refund so we still ended up paying over $4,000 when Randy had assured me the cost would not go over $2,600. So to summarize: they were sketchy with the pricing and not at all transparent, things were packed OK - and by that I mean nothing broke, so that is a plus, but honestly they were over-wrapped and they packed clothes and things terrible - everything wrinkled, no wardrobe boxes, they missed drawers etc. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE and wish someone had written a review like this I could read before hiring them.
