CCS MOVING

It was a one bedroom to move 6 blocks away in both elevator buildings. The quote was 3.5 hours and I made sure I listed all the tricky furniture. Arrived late and took twice as long 7 hours!! I could have moved to NJ within that time. Not as effective as other movers Not sure what took them long. Sorry I can’t recommend to others. Maybe for simple move. At end they seem to drag the time. I just told them to put boxes in one corner to save time in going to different rooms.

Awful! Do not use these movers they will damage your items. I used CCS moving two times- once to move my items into a storage unit and then to move the items out of the unit. During my first move, I was unable to inspect each item after it was moved into the storage unit obviously because the items were packed into the unit and were not accessible. Also, I obviously couldn’t open every box and look at the items. Fast forward a few months (keep in my mind no one has been in this storage unit since the day of the move) and during the move out I noticed a handful of broken items including a box of drinking glasses that had a huge sticker on the front that said FRAGILE and it was the original packaging from when I bought the glasses so it was very obvious it was a fragile item. The glasses had been packed neatly, each wrapped in bubble wrap - meaning that in order for them to be broken the person moving them had to have been very aggressive with the box.. ridiculous. The other item was a white bookshelf, the wood was splitting so badly that the shelves were falling off of it so I ended up having to trash the whole thing. The second group of movers kept making comments about how poor of a job the first movers had done. They mentioned that they couldn’t believe how badly they wrapped my items in the plastic wrap and they were the ones who brought the broken book shelf to my attention as well. I emailed CCS multiple times telling them I’d like to put in a claim for both broken items which cost over $200 in total. I never received a response. At this point if I don’t hear back from them in the next week I plan to call my credit card company and dispute the entire charge for the move. Avoid this company if you can!

Amazing, made our move super smooth and easy! Professional, fast, AND disassembled and reassembled our bed frame and L sectional Ikea couch! Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

CCA are the best moving company I have ever used. Mirka and Ibra in the office were a pleasure to deal with ahead of the move. On the moving day they sent an amazing team of 4 guys, Marcus, Juan, Mailk & Ronald. i WANT TO SAY A BIG THANK YOU AGAIN TO YOU ALL. They were super polite and unfazed when they realized there were more boxes than I originally thought. Boy, these guys work! I was running to a deadline in my new building and the never stopped from the moment they walked in, including the tricky dissembling & reassembling of bunk beds. They were super professional and took great care to be Covid safe. Even at the end of the shift they were meticulous about putting everything back together and placing my stuff in the right place. They made the stress of moving so much easier, I cannot recommend them enough, thanks guys

I used them for a commercial move, a 10-person office going from an office building to a walk-up townhouse. The crew was quick, efficient, and didn't blink at doing some rearranging in the townhouse. Highly recommended. JD
