Picked up here this morning super nice people lots of room to maneuver and they loaded me in 20 minutes

It was an awesome place to unload it.

The delivery times will be straight up fictional. I rescheduled my delivery with Celina several times because it never came. I can’t keep taking work off to wait for this delivery that probably won’t come. Every time I called Celina to figure out what’s going on, no one could give me any information at all and I kept getting sent to a voicemail. It’s been very bizarre and I’m starting to feel like the whole thing is a scam because I’m still waiting on this package and haven’t heard a single thing from Celina.

You will get a quick and obscene quote. But if you plan on moving forward you'll have to make 3,4,5 more calls to get scheduled. You'll find out days before you need to move IF you've made it on the schedule. You won't be told a delivery date at that time. That's another 2,3 calls. They damaged the wall of the house I moved out of. They scratched about every floor of the house I moved into. I had just paid $13k to refloor that home. It was 2 or 3 days later they moved furniture around like it was on carpet. One of the movers lost his grip on a 60lbs weight in front of my eyes - left a nice chip in the middle of the hallway. Another mover was trying to be sneaky and leave boxes in the garage when no one was looking even though they were paid to bring the boxes to their rooms. He did that several times. When they leave you'll sign a form saying how wonderful and perfect they are BUT DO NOT DO IT UNTIL YOU WALK THROUGH YOUR HOUSE!!! They will pressure you to sign so they can have the rest of the day off but I promise you they are hiding something.
