Unprofessional communication, delivery person in charge does not return or respond to calls. Delivery date and time was texted at 4:20pm the day before, did not confirm the delivery was OK and they showed up anyways. Called them back for fourth time and the delivery person in charge who was there would not talk to me on the phone. Nice way to run a delivery business!

My husband and I delivered a shipment into the warehouse for storage this morning. It was our first visit to this agent and we were both impressed with the cleanliness & organization of the warehouse, as well as the professionalism of Bruce (the warehouse supervisor) and the crew. They had already begun unloading before my husband was at the back of the trailer & they wasted no time in getting it done. Bruce even helped my husband fold pads afterwards, which gave me a nice little break ?

These guys were assigned to our move by the military from Vegas to Ohio. Jared, Ryan and Mat showed up on time and we’re ready to hustle right off the bat. Although the packers in Vegas didn’t at all do good packing, the guys made the best of it and made sure our stuff and new house was well cared for. I hope that all 3 of them get some recognition because they were awesome. Thank you for doing a great job. Jared is an excellent lead and deserves major kudos!
