If you have antiques, this is not the company for you. We completed our move from CA to OR in February 2024 and paid the final invoice in March, as CCM said they would not address any damages until payment was made in full. Since that time, we attempted to collect payment for damages incurred to our possessions during the move, either from poor packing practices or from carelessness on the part of the movers. They paid a small amount (<$400) for initial repairs; however, we continues to discover damages as we unpacked and looked over furniture. We were ghosted for months. Not once did we receive a return call after promises were made to do so. They finally sent a check for $1000 (which we returned because it did not cover the damages) with a stipulation we NOT review them poorly on any public platform. Damage repair/replacement cost of furniture and housewares not covered by the initial check they sent (we got estimates for repair/replacement of all items that were damaged and let them know those amounts several times) is $1645.00.
