Terrible company. They were recommended to us by The Village at Kensington Place for my father's move into memory care. I was horrified to hear that they did not issue my mom with a contract. They told me she should have asked for one. Every moving company I have ever encountered issues a contract as standard practice. His bed and wheelchair were damaged somewhere between those items being in our home and those items being in the care home. With no contract, they have no liability, and can easily say that they were damaged by the maintenance workers at the Village at Kensington Place, which is what they suggested might have happened. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and unsympathetic. Do not use.
