I did have issues moving from overseas to USA, the company itself has been extremely helpful it was out of there control on who they contracted to do the move. They took responsibility and been extremely helpful and very responsive. I’m military and this moving company has been the most helpful out of all the moves I’ve done in the past.

I emailed them to say I believe one of their workers sold my gold necklace. He seemed really shady when looking at it, and I even told my family I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t in my shipment. When I unpacked, that was the only thing missing. The company said to make a claim through DPS. But what about the worker? They seemed fine to hire untrustworthy people.

Beware of their drivers. Granted it is our fault for not reading the paper work more carefully, but we just moved from Louisiana to California. Our driver Jesse, put false information regarding our dryer stating that it had damages prior to them moving it. There was nothing wrong with our dryer, not even a scratch. When he dropped off our stuff at our new house in CA, there was a significant crack at the top of our dryer. We submitted a claim and was denied, because unfortunately we had signed the paper work already prior to them moving our things confirming what ever Jesse must’ve wrote on the papers. Absolutely no integrity. Don’t be taken advantage by this company if you use this company or are assigned this company.
