I would like too share one of my experience’s with this company especially about Eddie Windsor he was introduced to me by Tracey Farmer as I was looking for a place to rent after speaking with Eddie on several occasions and meeting with him at several rentals he found that he thought would fit all of my needs we finally agreed on one after getting the paperwork filled out and submitting everything along with checks for first month plus security deposit and also a pet fee some problems arose and I informed Eddie of what was going on he completely understood what was happening and as luck would have it the company that actually had this rental listed was located upstairs in the same building that Eddie was working in Eddie explained to me that he would need to speak with the ladies upstairs and would get back in touch with me well later that evening he did and explained the ladies upstairs completely understood and I could come in the next morning and pick up my checks , well later that night things seemed to have changed and I called Eddie the next morning explained the new situation he was happy for me and we decided I would come in later that day get everything taken care of and all would be good .. well much to my dismay things happened and I was not able to go through with renting this particular place I dreaded making this call again too Eddie but he again totally understood as well as the ladies from upstairs ( I so wish I could remember the name of this company but sadly cannot) Eddie is an extremely understanding professional in this line of work I would recommend him too anyone that may be looking for a rental or the purchase of a home .. when I do get these unforeseen matters taken care I Century 21 Redwood along with Eddie Windsor will be the only Real Estate company I will deal with.. again thank you Tracey for introducing me to Eddie and Eddie thank you for all that you have done for me and understanding my problems and thank you too the Ladies upstairs for their understanding, all of these people not only understood what I was going through but they all truly cared , again thank you all so so much ..
