Needed some things moved in a pinch. Bob was super easy to work with and scheduled same day service. The two guys who showed up were very polite and professional and did an awesome job!

They broke my 65' LED TV. When the woman walked around my house and gave my quote she said the TVs would be boxed and secured. When they took it off the truck I saw that the only packing they did was put a thin pad over it. When they removed the pad it was apparent that there was a huge crack in the screen. The TV is useless now. The owner came out and looked at it. The next day he said they would refund me $460 on a TV that cost me $2600. I was specifically told before the move how they would pack it, that was not done, and their negligence cost me my TV.
