CEO Moving

AJ and Ed were the best movers I have ever had. They are so professional that know everything: assembled and disassembled very fast, I didn’t even notice. Moving so fast without even small scratch. They are kind and friendly with fluent English.

I would give 5 stars to the actual moving crew, but 1 star to the actual CEO Moving organization. It became incredibly clear that CEO Moving had failed to schedule a crew ahead of time for our move and threw one together last minute. Movers arrived late, but were great once in place. Unfortunately, 5 hours into the move, we’re informed by the movers that they can only take cash because CEO Moving is unable to take cards despite advertising. Imagine how uncomfortable it would be to have a crew of guys expecting cash payment when you have none and the only option is to be escorted to an ATM. For both the customer and crew! CEO Moving has not responded to direct messages, but hopefully they care about public reviews.
