I had a great experience with the crew from Champion Movers. They arrived promptly, they were courteous and very professional. Now first and foremost the service was impeccable. Jonathan and Steves assessments were on point. Jonathan lead the move in an organized and a timely manner. I would not hesitate in recommending these guys. They were Great!

WE HAVE SOMEONE ELSE’S WEDDING PICTURES – BUT CHAMPION DOESN’T CARE We notified Champion twice that they gave us someone else’s box. We even told them the label says the box belongs to the Castro Irwin family, which was moving from Las Vegas to White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. A respectable moving company would have responded. A professional moving company would have arranged for the box to be delivered to its owner. A decent moving company would know that the Castro Irwins would like their wedding photos, Harry Potter book and other personal items returned to them. But Champion is NOT a respectable moving company. It is not professional and it is nowhere near decent. Its blatant disregard for its customers is appalling. Once it gets your money, it doesn’t care what you think or care about it. We have many other complaints about Champion’s third-rate service, but this example demonstrates the utter indifference and contempt that Champion has toward its customers. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. Stay as far away as possible from this incompetent company.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My family experienced the most unprofessional service. The driver Moses refused to pull into our driveway claiming there was not enough room when there is and he said he forgot to look on google maps. He was also late by one day and then tried to get more money by claiming he needed it for overnight expenses. He said for an extra day it would be 1400 dollars on top of 500 dollars for hotel fees. The transfer of our stuff happened 10 minutes from our house when it is supposed to be full service house to house delivery. Now we needed to rent a U-haul out of pocket to move our stuff. And we had to utilize 3 cars on top of U-haul just to get our stuff done. In total there were 4 trips back and forth using our own gas and paying per hour for U-haul. The driver is little to no help just stacking boxes while our family of 4 moved it all to each vehicle. He is very rude and disrespectful and he just ordered everyone around all while just standing in the truck moving boxes by stacking them in the truck so everyone could grab them off HIS truck! My mom who is 65 and sister who suffers from chronic fibromyalgia was lifting and moving more things than Moses. DO NOT REQUEST CHAMPION MOVERS UNLESS YOU WANT TO DO IT ALL YOURSELF! Also the two movers that were supposed to help Moses never showed up or bothered to communicate their whereabouts. Unreliable, unprofessional, downright horrible service.

I moved from Nevada to Washington state. Because I did not have a house yet, I had champion store my goods until I found a place. they claimed it was secure and climate controlled. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. I had 4 cases of wine stolen plus a box of expensive wine glasses and a shelf. I'm sure as I look for things I will find more stolen goods. when I called they claimed they were in a storage unit that no one had access. whoever placed them there could as easily taken them out. this company takes no responsibility!! I'm sure if my goods were there longer than the 6 weeks, I would have lost more things. READ ALL THE REVIEWS--BELIEVE THEM.

Fantastic company. We initially had some scheduling issues with a driver but Shlomo made it right and we had Anthony and Carlos to make the move. Top service, top notch. No nonsense, I would highly recommend!!
