Champion Moving & Storage

We recently moved interstate, from Roch., NY to the Burlington Vt. area. We contacted Champion based on recommendation from a neighbor and we were not disappointed! Brendan came to our home to review our house contents and provide an estimate. He was pleasant, cordial and clearly had a good deal of knowledge about the moving business. The estimate provided was very fair. We'd like to note that as the process moved forward Brendan was very helpful in answering our questions as to how to best prepare/pack various items.

Terri, at Champion's office, was pleasant and communicated well around matters of contract and time lines for our move. She was always available to answer our questions.

Fast forward to Move Day.... Justin and his crew arrived at the scheduled time. After introductions Justin began inventorying our belongings while crew members prepared the house by laying down floor protection throughout. They were a true TEAM in that they worked well together and seemed to intuitively know one of their mates need extra assistance. Justin's leadership was excellent and all demonstrated a high degree of professionalism! All worked quickly, efficiently and carefully. Several bulky and heavy items were moved and we noted no damage to our belongings or to our home.

Two days later Justin and crew arrived at our Vt. home at the scheduled time. Again pains were taken to protect our new home and our possessions. The Vermont crew also worked very well together and were highly professional at all times. They exhibited great team work and had a great sense of humor. I'd been very concerned about the feasibility of moving a large work bench down a fairly narrow set of stairs to our basement. Justin and crew pulled this off quite smoothly while I watched in amazement.

In summary we were extremely pleased with all aspects of our experience with Champion and strongly recommend that others consider them for their moving needs.

Great experience moving with them. From estimator who was local to the office folks and operations - flawless. The driver and his team loading and unloading, total pros! Long distance move was great.

Justin was my driver and I cannot say enough positive things to truly describe how fantastic he was. He was highly professional, had great expertise, was true to his word, timely, cordial and very efficient and hard working. What is very clear is that he cares deeply and values the relationship aspect of the job. This also enables him to lead and have a crew that emulates those same attributes. Also the entire team at Champion - Brendan our sales person, Terri the agent who helped us - everyone was top notch! Would absolutely recommend them - my highest possible recommendation!

Justin and his crew were phenomenal! They took wonderful care of all of our belongings! Also, all of them had a wonderful sense of humor.
