Champlain Valley Self Storage, LLC

I used the new location on Nokian Tyres, and it is very nice! The property is securely fenced and feels secure, all around. During heavy rain I wondered how the facility would keep everything dry, I believe it was during the flood that caused so much damage in the area. I went in there and everything was pristine, I could tell that water hadn´t penetrated the space at all. I think the owner/manager goes there often to check on things as well. Nice guy!

Very unprofessional customer service, never got my security deposit back

The new facility is great. The kiosk is available anytime and the move-in only took 5 minutes. Units are brand new and clean. Great self storage experience!
