Horrible experience first off they canceled for the first day and never responded to us then the next day they were a hour late one guy kept using our restroom and claimed he had a headache so he couldn’t work that hard he kept asking for aspirins we don’t know what he was doing in the bathroom that long , very suspicious and the other one just mostly sat around they kept taking many smoke breaks that were very long they kept asking us for different tools (like why wouldn’t you be prepared) we kept trying to call the manger she never responded to our calls, they were very slow and sat in the truck doing nothing me a 15 year girl and my brother had to move all the boxes ourselves we paid them to assemble the beds and the dressers as soon as we paid them they said can’t you assemble it yourself we said no and we said that they need to do it since we paid them to and as soon as we weren’t looking they drove off and left without saying nothing and never did what we asked them to they did not assemble anything like we said to and paid them to then we contacted the personal number of the movers and they never responded tried manger many times never got a response DONT USE THIS COMPANY USE YOUR MONEY ON A BETTER COMPANY

Hired this company to move my family. Showed up 25 minutes late smoking in a raggedy truck. (The owner said its' not raggedy but why were they smoking in it then?) Never any attempt at PPE or any COVID safety. Continued to smoke in the truck with our stuff loaded. Worked at an extremely slow pace then at 4:45 told us they probably couldn't finish. Said one of the crew members wasn't feeling well, and I asked why he was working during the pandemic. At which point one of the crew members snapped back 'He's gotta earn a living.' Had to beg to get the rest of of my items delivered that day. Then they hit us with the bill... We paid over $1000 for this fiasco. The owner said she didn't believe any of my accusations about the smoking but if you scroll through these reviews you'll see other similar complaints. PLEASE CALL A REAL MOVING COMPANY, this is not one.

I hired these guys to move large items from a trailer to my new apartment on the third floor. They were an hour and a half late, and instead of taking the larger items, as I requested several times, they took their time moving small items. I was charged $325 for an hour and a half worth of moving small boxes (with the exception of a couch). On top of that, they said some items were to heavy for the 2 guys they had and they needed to call in for some help. The “help” was supposed to be 20 minutes away, but after waiting 45 minutes I decided that my friend and I could move it ourselves. The 2 of us moved the 2 “extremely heavy” pieces in about 5 minutes. Completely unprofessional and lazy at a how I would deceive this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM.

My movers were on time for my move, I’ll give them that. They were slow as heck though. My move should have taken 3 hours at most. It took 5 hours and would have gone longer if I didn’t tell them to pick up the pace. Then, when cashing out they voluntarily added another $100 on for my stairs and shrink wrap. I only saw one small desk shrink wrapped btw. Nothing was wrapped, not my mattress, couch, or kitchen table. Not worth the money, sorry. Would not use them again or recommend them.
