Terrible service and very surprised they have such good reviews. We weren’t familiar with moving services so we bought our own boxes and packed most of our things ourselves. There were a few items that we didn’t have boxes for, like the microwave and other appliances. We also didn’t have tape but we assumed the moving company would at least provide that. Three men came by and were not very friendly, but we don’t mind as long as they did their job correctly. They saw that the boxes were not taped up and got visibly annoyed, but didn’t offer to close them up. They also didn’t offer to pack up the things that didn’t have boxes, so they just carried them out without protection. They were not careful while moving furniture and as a result our desks ended up full of scratches and dents. We later come to find out that moving companies are SUPPOSED to help you pack everything in boxes, so I don’t know why they acted so surprised when there were a few things without boxes. I take responsibility for my ignorance but that being said, I would never hire this company again.

I initially booked with another moving company who kept giving me the run around and canceled on me the day of my move. Chapa’s saved me, they moved my stuff the same day and was very fast. Todd was super helpful and informative. The guys who moved my stuff were careful and quick. Thank you!

If I could give more stars I would. Professional from start to finish. These guys hustled and got the job done! I would highly recommend Chapa’s to anyone
