Top notch experience with this company. The gentlemen were not only efficient but also very professional and thorough. Made sure which items were leaving and when we arrived at our new property walked though to map out what went where. Also very good with on the fly problem solving. Have recommended and will continue to anyone that needs moving services.

The moving portion was flawless, The packing was a disaster to say the least. There were things marked 'DONATIONS DO NOT SHIP' Guess what? they were shipped. An actual trash can half full of household trash was placed in a box, then marked Kitchen misc. There were so many different people packing my house It was impossible to keep up with the things being packed. No less than 3 times a piece of furniture was placed on the truck, only to be off loaded when told this isn't going. No consistency in what was packed, IE I was told zero liquids could be packed. The packers boxed up bottle after bottle of household cleaners, and packed them. Dave and Mike(?) (the drivers) was awesome, on the delivery end.

The scheduled move for my Dad today was perfectly done. The two moving guys we had were excellent. Very polite and accommodating, courteous and professional. They were incredibly helpful. We had no issues with travel or loading and unloading. I want to say thank you so much to Travis and Andy for taking the stress out of a difficult day for us.

Our crew was amazing, very professional and able to maneuver even large awkward objects around without causing any damage! We will definitely use Groff & Sons for any future moves, and recommend them to all our friends.
