Review:
Please do not utilize this company, I ordered a ceiling fan on October 12th. I placed calls in November, December, and January. Each time I was exposed to extensive holds of 20-40 minutes and eventually told that my fan would arrive in 4 weeks. On January 6th I requested to speak with a manager and told I would receive up to 50%off of the item.if I did not cancel by someone calling themselves 'Alex'.. The phone personnel never would place me in contact with a manager. This is not a family owned business It is a ruse. Save yourself the aggravation and shop elsewhere
