Movers were friendly and honored my request of an early ship date from GAtoFL. Upon arrival to new location that's when things began to unravel, some items were lost and I wasn't too worried because I was bringing my most important items with me.

They broke my TV and told me I should be able to file a claim. It's been weeks and I'm not getting any feedback. Kristen is the only person that has been at least replying back to me but she can't help reimburse me.

Worst Military move so far!!! Charter lied to me, refused to unpack, broke items, damaged my floors and has been completely rude and unprofessional! Stay away!!!

The moving crew was very professional and worked hard. They set everything up how I requested, and were friendly as well

Beware! This is company does not assist military members and should not be used by anyone. They are very unprofessional. They contacted me upon notice the military awarded them the contract. However, when issues arose, they would not return my calls or messages. Melinda was supposed to be my coordinator and she would never call me back. It's funny because the office tenant would always answer and say she's either busy or take a message. She even attempted to assist me because of Melinda ghosting me.
The major issue with Charter besides being ghosted was they subcontracted my move out to Action Mobility. That company is unethical and lies. Their truck broke down in front of my house and left transmission fluid all over the place and there are multiple items broken. In addition, they (Charter and Action Mobility) promised me a delivery timeframe of my stuff. It was delivered 1 week late.
I would never use either company ever again. This was my 14th move cross country and the only one with issues. There are too many good moving companies out there to use these.
