Chase Moving and Storage

I needed packing and moving service on short notice, and was very concerned about getting it scheduled, completed properly and at a decent price tag. Once I was in contact with Chase (Ron), I was immediately relieved. They were very responsive and made me feel incredibly comfortable and that I was an important client, even though they were only moving a 1 bedroom condo that was a furnished income property.

I live in Texas and was not going to be able to be present for any portion - especially during COVID - but they were so nice and reassuring that I didn't have to worry a bit. My realtor (Michaela Quinlan - the BEST!) was able to get to the condo on short notice - I'm talking within an hour - to do a virtual walk through and show Chase what all needed to be packed and moved.

I got a quote very quickly and was able to schedule a date within the 3 week window I had (I was selling the property).

With other places I contacted - or tried to - didn't have available dates I needed, and/or I had to fill out those stupid sheets itemizing all your things, which was very hard since I haven't been there in several years, and even once I did that, it took a couple days to get a quote back. AND on top of that, labor wasn't included etc. etc. etc...

Chase was incredibly flexible, knowledgeable and really put me at ease. They made it sound easy, and even better, it was. I actually was a bit nervous since I didn't have to be, if that makes sense.

On small snag - which was fixed IMMEDIATELY - was that the movers came a day early, and I had someone living there that was not comfortable letting them in that day. I contacted Ron immediately and within the same quick phone call, 'called them off' and took care of it for me. I didn't have to fight with anyone, beg the tenant to let them in or apologize to the movers.

So, get these guys to do your move. They're reasonably priced, incredibly nice, communicative, knowledgeable, and easy to work with - great customer service. I was blown away, and I made sure that my realtor recommends them FIRST to any client that is looking.

And, all of my furniture arrived in good condition, and early.

I had a terrific experience in September 2020. Moved from Rutland to Williston. The team at both ends were prompt, careful and thorough. The office staff were very helpful and accommodating to my schedule change. They moved everything carefully and set up all the beds and cleaned up all the packaging. They put in long days at both ends and were cheerful and Covid careful the whole time. Honestly I don’t understand the negative reviews. I have moved several times and this was the best by far.

Chase Movers helped me immensely when I needed them! I am a Senior who was relocating from Vermont to upstate NY late last year. They worked with me throughout the entire move, including the packing of my entire apartment in Vermont, right through to the arrival at my new place. Ron and the entire staff were very professional, kind and made this difficult transition much easier for me... Great Job!

I've been using Chase Moving & Storage for my relocation needs for the better part of a decade now. No matter if it was a small apartment move, shirt term storage, or a short haul move to help a family member I've always loved working with a family run business.

Everyone is so personable and easy to work with, and my expectations are always exceeded time and time again. I've had poor experiences in the past with moving (as probably everyone has) and those days are certainly behind me!
