In the market for movers again and thought of the last move and what a terrible experience it was last time with this company. Late, unprofessional, handled my possessions roughly, disappeared for thirty minutes then returned smelling of marijuana. Communication afterward was belligerent, dismissive and harsh. Provided pictures of EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF WOODEN furniture with deep gouges and then no response. I eventually gave up. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid This Moving Company - Unprofessional and Unreliable

I booked this moving company through U-Haul and initially received a text asking for details about my move. I promptly answered every question and made sure to clearly communicate that I had a trailer being dropped off and picked up on the same day. Despite this, I became concerned the day before my move because I hadn’t received any follow-up communication.

I reached out to confirm the 1:00 PM time I set in form for moving. Instead of confirming, the mover responded in the evening, stating they would arrive during the pickup window for the trailer, which directly conflicted with my timeline. When I explained that this would not work, they curtly told me to cancel the booking.

The remaining texts from the mover were shockingly unprofessional, leaving me feeling disrespected and abandoned the day before my scheduled move.

Moving is already stressful, and you deserve to work with a company that is dependable, professional, and respects your time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Trust and confidence are essential in a moving company, and unfortunately, this one completely failed to deliver.

Save yourself the stress—choose a different provider.

Great Lads, great price! They were so quick and efficient, all our furniture was moved in no time! Definitely will call if we need those items moved again. Just check to make sure they have transportation, as we were lucky enough for them to already have a U-Haul.

My movers damaged my furniture and did not say anything, including damaging a coffee table, a bed, a couch and they loaded my boxes upside down, even though they were labeled, which caused a lot of things to pour out within the box and damage other things. My stuff was triple taped and nothing moved while in transit (total of 0.03 miles from place to place). The boxes were loaded and unloaded upside down. Worst follow up from owner and movers. I don’t appreciate the company making it sound like it’s my fault. I have never had to bubble wrap a couch for it not to be damaged. I am very good at moving and packing. The female movers even made a comment on how organized it all was yet her and her partner damaged my property and said nothing. It has been over 2 weeks and I have yet to hear back from the owner on the damages. NEVER had an issue in the past with other companies. Pictures below are only part of the damages.

This company is less priced than others, but be careful you get what you pay for.
I was told there works be 2 ppl. There was one, Kyle did have a friend standing there pretty much doing nothing.
I had, note HAD a very nice expensive queen sized mattress. I had it wrapped so it would not get dirty. This “friend “ of his grabbed the mattress and lifted above his head to bring to the inside of building. It was flopping and swinging. There are handles and should be carried by 2 ppl. The way it was handled crushed all the supports in the mattress. What used to be a nice firm bed was reduced to a pile of mush. So badly that I cannot get fitted sheets to stay on.
This company does not plan or make you feel like they care about your move.
I moved half way across the USA to be irritated, I had to watch my belongings because there was only Kyle. I think he is probably a good guy but shouldn’t be a mover.
Nobody wants to see their expensive belongings cared for by this operation.
