This is a scheme to defraud people!!! Be very careful!!! I recently used this company for a last-minute move and was charged double the estimate. I was threatened by a person in the office that if I didn't pay whatever they charged me BEFORE they unloaded my stuff from the truck, they wouldn't do it and would leave with it. Complete scam!!!

Be aware of FRAUD!!!

We made a mistake in hiring this company at the last minute to move our 2 bedroom apartment in Chicago. We asked for 3 people, they quoted us, and until they arrived everything was smooth...

2 people arrived 1 hr past our scheduled appointment, and then one of them sat in the car on his cell phone for another hour. The 3rd person arrived 2 hours later and they finally started to move our stuff. Painfully slowly, but at least there was progress...

After 4 more hours, the truck was packed up, and our 3 boys decided to go home because they were tired... After hectic phone calls with their 'HQ', and a sleek person named Benjamin, whoever he is, we managed to get them and our stuff to our new apartment. Then Benjamin called me and said that if I didn't pay for the charges in full, our boys would drive off with the truck. Then he sent me an invoice that was at least double the actual time/equipment/material charge. Benjamin charged us for the time his crew DIDN'T work. Even more, he charges us for more hours than they actually spend on the job. He overcharged us with the packing materials they used to pack some of our stuff, and threatened that if we don't settle the invoice immediately, they will not unload the truck. I believe this action qualifies for the term: EXCTORTION. I tried to reason with this guy to no avail... To conclude: it seems like a nice set-up to defraud anyone who uses this company for a last minute move (without an estimate beforehand, etc.).

We had four very hardworking, honest, strong, efficient movers. Unfortunately, we had much more stuff than we realized and they had to make two trips to move everything, but they worked until the end without complaining! I think the whole move took around 11-12 hours. We recommended them to our other family members who were also moving and they were pleased as well. We really appreciate the work ethic of Eric and the three other movers. I would use their service again in the future! :)
