Chicago Northside Storage - Lakeview

I chose CNS for a few reasons: 1) Umberto, who is friendly, personable, and who helped me make a good decision on the space I chose. He is just a very nice man. He put me at ease; 2) Diane, who is friendly, warm, helpful, and who, as the movers were bringing my stuff into the building, suggested a smaller space might work. I didn't take her suggestion, but I appreciated that she was looking out for me; 3) the building and spaces: I liked that they were humble, clean, and all that is needed to keep my stuff safe and secure. Other places I looked at were nice, but to my mind, unnecessarily, slick. I felt I would spent $ on appearance, not substance. Highly recommended!

Northside Storage is an absolute gem. I am so fortunate to have found them. Diane and Humberto are very professional and accommodating. They keep the building so clean and Diane's seasonal decorations make the office area so inviting. I really appreciate the opportunity to use the truck whenever I needed to move items in and out. I heartily recommend them!
