Great service, competitive pricing, great experience

Excellent facility, highly responsive staff, they send email reminders (and I even received a phone reminder the one month I was almost late with my payment due to being in the middle of a move, which was much appreciated). I was able to spend a year abroad without worrying about my things.

There are two large loading ports in the bay off the main road. Plenty of carts of all sizes available and even a Dunkin’ Donuts down the street for when your movers are an hour late. Finally, I lost my key and the staff was kind enough to cut my lock without the usual $30 fee as I had been a customer for so long.

There are climate controlled units and various sizes. My items were untouched. Recommended.

Chicago Northside Storage is awesome. They helped to provide an immediate solution for my unexpected storage needs. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional.
