Chipman Relocation & Logistics

This was our 1st experience with a large moving company, and happy to say it turned out great.
We contacted United Van Lines and we were put in contact with their local agent, Chipman Relocation. Warren Blake came out and prepared a preliminary estimate for the cost of our move from WA to TX. We were living in a townhome that has access issues. We had previously contacted Pods & Ubox. Neither one could address our needs with our schedule and in an acceptable price.

Warren assured us that they could get their moving van into our area. He answered all of our questions and then some more after he left. A two man crew packed up our 1500 sf home in one day. The next day a six man crew had disassembled furniture and loaded everything within two hours.

After Warren left our contact was with Brandi, our move coordinator. She was able to handle some changes we had in the process. Brandi was on top of everything, quickly responded to all of our calls & texts. We were given a window of when our belongings would arrive in Texas and they were there at the front end of the time frame. (One day after we closed on our new home)

Wilfred and his crew delivered everything, and reassembled the furniture. They’re hard workers and an asset to the Chipman team. Everyone who assisted us with this move were outstanding and we highly recommend them.

We recently moved cross state due to work. They are responsive, I was amazed how carefully they packed everything and even crated some of the valuable stuffs. Our moving package included unpacking service so they efficiently unpacked everything in one day and moved away empty boxes too. Moving with a toddler can be very stressful but they made it much more easier for us. Thank you Brandi, all team members and movers who helped us immensely during this process and we are happy with the overall process.
