Chipman Relocation & Logistics - Agent for Mayflower

I am a Professional Organizer and Move Manager, who works primarily in San Francisco. Recently, I had the opportunity to assist my cousin with her move out of Southern California. She gave me two bids that she had received from local movers, I reviewed them, and reached out to the representatives. The only representative who contacted me back was Bryan at Chipman. The other mover completely ignored my request for assistance.

I am not one to write reviews, but I am one to give credit where credit is due. And Bryan went above and beyond to assist me in helping my cousin with her move. He was very helpful, professional, informative, and willing to do whatever I ask in order to guarantee my cousin’s move went smoothly and was stress-free.

I work with a lot of movers in the Bay Area, and my expectations are very high. Bryan and Chipman exceeded my expectations so much so, that I am recommending them to my company as a mover in the Southern California area. Everyone I spoke with at the company was eager to help me in anyway they could, which gave me a very high level of confidence in their company and their ability to take care of my cousin’s move.

First time using a relocation service and I'm definitely not a pro mover (I just did witness some pros), but Chipman was an awesome experience. It all started with a thorough estimate with Chris with a competitive price and was followed up by coordinator Becky. The communication was marvelous as questions came up for us and just checking in on us (prior to, during and after the move). The move crew, Isaak and the crews in 2 states, were phenomenal. They were fast, careful and professional. I highly recommend Chipman for any move and they were worth every penny. The number of painless, successful moves and satisfied customers speaks to the experience that Chipman and its representatives have. Brian was very thorough and helpful assessing my move and assisting with pricing. Becky went above and beyond working with a third party who was paying for the move. She provided excellent communication by keeping me informed about each step of the move.
The moving crew at each location was very professional handled my property with care.

I booked our move from LA to Des Moines (Iowa) with Mayflower, who used Chipman for the contracted services. They were very responsive during the whole process, the workers were all nice to deal with, and all of our stuff made it as hoped. It was a big help.
