After finding about United van lines on Reddit for a long distance, almost cross-country, move, I filled a form on their website. I was contacted by Bryan Hahn, who works for Chipman-United Van lines. I felt assured that a local company is working with me on quotes and providing every single details of the move. Bryan was extremely patient and diligent on giving various quotes as I requested. He also referred an auto transport company for my car move. They were excellent too. After my stuff was transported, Becky Rowell updated me with all the latest tracking updates as well as delivery details. Bryan and Becky made sure the move as smooth as possible. No issues with the pickup date, the transportation, and the delivery date. Absolutely no delays. To top it all off, I paid full amount only after receiving all my stuff. Great service.
