Christian Brothers Moving

This company damaged our television during the move and refused to reimburse for damages. I recommend using another moving company. I had used them previously and hired them for a second move because I felt they were trustworthy and ethical business. I was wrong. Do NOT trust Jeremiah and Christian Brothers Moving Company. Jeremiah should consider removing “Christian” from the business name as they are not very ethical in their business dealings with customers.

Got hung up on. Very rude to begin with. I know they are just a moving company, but it’s a little embarrassing to such bad customer service. I loved American Freight Furniture but I won’t go back there if I have to deal with this nightmare again. Christian isn’t the right word to describe these guys.

They deliver for American Freight. They didn't check the order the first time and I had to wait around for them to make a second trip to get my order complete. Then they participated in a scam with American freight to charge a second delivery fee for a warranty 2 month later. Now everyone refuses to communicate or make the situation right. AVOID AMERICAN FREIGHT, CHRISTIAN BROTHERS MOVING, AND SIMMONS/UNITED FURNITURE.
