Christofferson Moving & Storage

Christoffersons moved about half of our home: furniture and packed boxes from out of storage, so a pretty big move. With a second floor and also basement storage it wasn't a move we wanted to try ourselves. Because it was one mile over the state line several other companies said there was an unavoidable upcharge. Christofferson's bid was much more in line with what we expected for weight and distance and they honored it too! With that reasonable price we still got excellent customer service from office staff, a convenient day for the move, and the movers were on time and friendly. I smile every time I see their trucks in our neighborhood, what a great part of our community : )

Christofferson Moving just did an outstanding job today, very punctual and polite and there Communication was excellent through out the whole process.
Our move from Wisconsin to Florida went so well, I highly recommend this company.

Very bad experience with them, they moved all my belongings from Washington to California and did it poorly. When loading my stuff into the truck they were not gentle whatsoever, a lot of my bins are broken as well as the stuff inside... Even after they emptied the bins and repacked them for 'safe transport' the extra repacking time cost around 400$ for them to do nothing but take my stuff out and put it back in with a sheet of paper. I labeled a lot of my stuff as fragile or important and they disregarded my labels and put stuff wherever they wanted in their boxes with no protection. They did get the job done fast but it's quite evident.
