This is a fantastic professional company exceeded my expectations 100%. Very kind courteous staff, hard working, took really good care of my belongings, were very understanding in my personal situation. Just the absolute best people time help you move.

I would give zero stars if possible. They handled the PCS for my family, and most things (furniture, dishes, books, valuables) arrived broken. Things were tossed randomly into boxes, with zero regard for our property. Absolutely horrific experience, I'd pay to not do business with them.

Cicero's provided 'A+', professional service for our move from NJ to AL. They were very communicative, very flexible and really catered to our needs! Every item we had was tagged for inventory; they disassembled and reassembled pieces of furniture; carefully wrapped bulk items and provided very friendly service! If we ever move again, we wouldn't hesitate to call Cicero's!!!

I had to edit this post, so here goes: From the very first phone call, to their site visit to my home. The women I spoken to were so respectful, friendly, knowledgeable. Whenever I had to call them, they were their, answering all my question. It was smooth sailing with them. The packers, came to the house, it took too long, b/c they were being very unprofessional (flirting). Fast forward to my new destination in TX. The movers (deliverer), kept in contact with me, from the time they left the warehouse to 30 min prior showing up at my new house. I'm retired military (24 yrs.), so I know what moving is all about. some of the items they broke they refuse to give me anything from them b/c they said it was the temperature or something of the warehouse. I made sure I paid for the right reimbursement, just like if I was still military. what a rip off.
The co. in Tx. that came and check my furniture told them that. then they wanted me to go to the same co. for them to fix my other furniture....
No thank you... 8 mos. later, I received an email asking me to check my items, b/c someone they moved at the same time was missing some items... I just deleted that email. How dare they... they started off good, after that...they were the worst... Thanks again, for making my move one of the worst.
