Completely dysfunctional place.
We rented a unit on Dec 30th ,paid for it & everything.we were given a code which didnt work when we were trying to get in to take a look at it .called the #,left a message ,nobody ever called back We called them again & we were promised that everything will work .
We are there right now,
With rented truck & all the furniture,but we can't get in since code isn't working & nobody takes emergency line phone .
This place has to reimburse us in full for all the expenses we had for nothing & for all the stress they are giving to people.
Manager has to be fired.
NOT Recommended.

As soon as I can get my stuff out of this place I will be. I will not recommend this to anyone that wants to have storage as well as having access. First the lady gave us the gate code so we can unlock and lock the gate (turns out she was not supposed to give us the code), after a very rude phone call with the office changing the locks I was told we do not have 24 hour access anymore. Now they decided to restrict our access even more now to Tuesday- Saturday. Mind you all these changes have been done without letting us know or by giving us a discounted rate. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion. We have drove here 2 to have unexpectedly not been able to get into our storage. A phone call would be nice so your customer are not waiting time or gas money

This is the worst facility I have ever seen, the gate on Alloy rd. Is never open unless you call the office that is if you can catch someone there and then when you do catch someone there, was told, he get there when he gets there , to open the gate. Then there's was no one higher up to talk to. This is during office hours and no one is ever there. Sorry don't think you have to call them every time to get your storage, cause they are to dam lazy to open it during business hours.

Don't know anything about this place, but called ahead to see if they have car dolly's available which he responded yes. I mentioned I am coming from Canton and will take me an hour to get there. When I show up I am told the U-Haul system is 'down' and they aren't able to rent it.
