Currently renting a temperature controlled unit and it is always freezing. Every visit I’ve made has been freezing in the building.

I have called and spoken with 3 separate people on 3 occasions and they have said:
1) they’re investigating it
2) someone must have left the door open or 3) that the building is fully functional and set to 72.

I came in today and brought a thermometer that read 41 by the time I left. I called again and have left a message because it’s out of business hours, but I’m tired of paying for a temperature controlled unit when there’s nothing actually working in the building.

It’s a shame because there are no other temperature controlled units within Fenton and I was so happy they had an opening in October. When the manager took me to tour the unit I told her it was very chilly and she said someone must have left the door open earlier in the day, despite her unlocking it when we got there.

2 months of calls and complaints and nothing has happened or been fixed.
