We needed to move on a holiday weekend, due to a prolonged closing. They made it happen. They were on time and ready to go. We appreciated their help.

Henry and his crew worked exceptionally hard and efficiently on fairly short notice to load our moving truck. All 3 movers were professional and polished with excellent support and service. They worked very hard non-stop to load our truck to maximize space so we could transport large items and they handled them all with care. It was plain to see why this company has so many stellar reviews! We have moved quite a bit, locally and across the US and have never had a more positive experience with a moving company. Their prices were fair and competitive and they didn’t charge us an additional premium for working on a Sunday. Communication throughout the entire process was exemplary from initial booking all the way through the end of the move load out. I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone looking to move in TriCities or surrounding areas. We have never worked with a more professional team or ever had such a wonderful and positive experience with a moving company. Absolutely 5 stars! I would give more if allowed and highly recommend you skip anyone else in town and go straight for Henry and his crew at City Movers. There were no surprises at the end of the load, and cost was exactly what we had agreed upon at the time of booking. Don’t hesitate, your items are in excellent hands and will be strategically and safely loaded by a professional and hardworking crew from start to finish!
