City Moving

I moved from the mainland to Hawaii.... it has been 3 months, and still my shipment is nowhere to be seen. No one seems to know where it is, or when I might be getting it. Do not work with this company!

City Moving? Prime Movers? New Jersey?L.A.? Hawaiian Movers?
I have no idea witch company I was dealing with...All I know is that I was unhappy from day one. My nightmare with this company began May 2017. They didn't pick up everything they contracted to move. I was told that they would come back to pick up items that were missed.
The woman in L.A. lied and said that my daughter was there to approve the items being picked up.
Absolutely not true. I asked for a Dispute Form, they never supplied me with one. When I attempted to contact someone in New Jersey, I was told that Prime Movers were no longer there and no longer in business.
There is ZERO accountability with all these different companies having their hands on our household goods.
DON'T DEAL WITH PRIME MOVERS!!!! Hiding behind 'CITY MOVERS'.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF THEIVES. They moved our stuff from hawaii to vegas, almost every thing was damaged, the boxes that said fragile looked like it got rolled down a hill. They repackaged two of our boxes and stole over 1000$ of items from the boxes and put what they didnt want back in another box. We did a claim form and was told it is going to be declined because anyone can make stuff up?? We will be filing a police report now. Our Bbq grill was dented up wheels broken off. Bed set had chipped pieces of wood from it. Overall worst shipping company out there. THEY ARE THEIVES, I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR THINGS BEING STOLEN!!!!!

It was a pleasure working with you, no doubt I will use the service again in the future.

HORRIBLE! Worst moving company! 6 pieces of fine furniture broken and in pieces.... none of the furniture or glass was packed correctly. Packing slip mislabeled, pieces of items are missing, had to file police report! Unbelievable damage and no care in packing items at all. Paintings were laid on each other and wrapped in a blanket, glass shelves left in the cabinets, all broken, not wrapped. Oil painting was slit because of lack of wrapping. What the hell, this is suppose to be a moving company. I should have gone with Kona Trans all my things before when shipped ALL arrived in 1 piece. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with this whole experience.
