Used this company to transport two of my cars from Cali to Hawaii. Pretty simple process. I was given a Sept 15 arrival date for the vehicles. They showed up Sept 5th. Awesome right! Nope, I wasn’t ever informed that they arrived and it wasn’t until I checked around the 9/10. I ended up paying for a rental for an extra week when my vehicles were already in HI. I emailed the company to see if we could work something out for this little issue and was told “ the email states that I am responsible to track my own vehicles”. So nothing done, even though they have a guy who checks their lot every so often. I wouldn’t recommend but giving them 3 stars because the vehicles arrived with no damage. Matson was super cool though. They didn’t charge for much vehicles being on their lot past the allotted amount of time for pickup.
