City North American

This is the third time I have used City North American and it won't be the last. As an interior designer, the services City North American has to offer have proven to be a very valuable service to my business and my clients. I use them on commercial projects for storage, delivery, set up and installation. Their attention to detail until the very end of the job is outstanding and is very much appreciated in my line of work.

I spoke to multiple movers in Pullman/Moscow/Spokane area and even online before deciding to go with City North American. I had a small household goods shipment so I was looking for a low cost shipment but also ensure that goods are delivered on time and without damage.

City North American gave me a very good quote. In fact it was better than even uhaul and upack where I had to do a loading/unloading myself and even bring the box from uhaul office to my home.

Keith provided me with multiple quotes and also suggested me to go for BlueExpress service which they had for small shipments. In this service they pick household goods from customers and pack them in wooden crates similar to that of uhaul and ship them via big trucks under North American Vanlines.

The entire process was smooth. City North American team staff came on time to load household goods. They wrapped all household items in plastic wraps as I had requested and did proper inventory of the items. I received Bill of lading following day once the shipment was loaded and on the way.

At destination, receiving agent team members were also professional. Team lead matched unloaded items with inventory sheet that I had and ensured that I am satisfied with the shipment delivery. I also noticed that City North American team had done further packaging of my household good once they took it to their warehouse. Every item which could be damaged during the shipment was wrapped in packing paper or arrival at destination.

Highly recommended for anyone moving out from Pullman/Moscow area.

Great service

Workers were complaining, ill mannered and dropped several fragile boxes. 1 worker dropped floor lamp upon loading into truck and didn't tell us until we unloaded at our new home. Driver wrapped lamp in blanket with duct tape and told us NA would cover cost of lamp. Then driver noted on packing slip it was damaged before loading. Total lie! Our claim was denied and driver lied to our face. Since many other items are in storage we expect more damage. Don't use this dishonest moving company!
