City Storage

Spoke with in April of 2017. Very friendly, helpful. Fair rates. Turns out we didn't need their service, but I keep their business card in my wallet for when we do.

I used this facility for over 18 months while I transitioned to a great career. The buildings and the grounds were always clean. Access was easy (once you remember your gate code), and Crystal is always sweet and helpful.

My only complaint is that the climate controlled unit I was in struggled to keep the temp below 80 in the summer. But hey, it's Texas and it was 110 outside. What did you expect?

Really, really liked this place, if only just leaving my junk in a metal building. Haha

Crystal always has a warm smile on her face and a friendly tone in her voice always happy to help I've been with them for 2 years now going on 3 and there's no other storage unit I rather use much less any other person I rather deal with I still remember the first day we signed up with them we're in the middle of a move and needed to find somewhere to store stuff and we were 5 hours away crystal was very helpful in letting us know what they had and available and making the arrangements to make sure that we're able to get in as soon as we had arrived. If you live in Kerrville and need to store something are moving in the area and need a storage call no one else

City Storage has been an excellent company. The storage site is well-maintained and protected, eliminating the worry of anything happening to our stuff. What's more, the staff is an anomaly in today's culture: nice, helpful, and accommodating!
