City to City Flat Rate Movers

My mother booked these movers last week and our TV is damaged. The manager is rude and will not provide a reasonable solution. Please don’t use this company unless you’re hauling junk or garbage.

I booked a move with them and they broke my TV. The entire move wasn’t even completed and I had to pay additional for the remaining items. I was willing to overlook that but then I realized my TV was broken. They only offered $75 for a TV that costs well over $800. Do not use this company. The owner isn’t customer service friendly.

Horrible service. They break your items and refuse to compensate you for them. I do not recommend at all.

It’s was a rainy day but the guys got it done and quick. Simple flat rate was good considering how the hourly companies always charged me so much and took all day. These guys were much faster and efficient. I do recommend and I hope to use you guys next year around this time. Thank you Marcus, you have a great moving crew.

I called this company to get a quote. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me during me asking a question. Due to the lack of customer service I would never recommend this company. Glad I chose not to go with them! Do yourself a favor and call other companies to see what kind of customer service to get it before dealing with this company!

In response to your response! It’s not a matter of what was asked for. It’s a matter of how your customer service was handled, and that you hung up on me without even bother trying to speak with me! That’s the issue get your facts straight as your customer service is what is lacking! Again I repeat do not use this company!
