The lady at the front counter was very helpful and friendly. The process was quick, easy, and convenient without any issues. I will mention the brake pads feel like they needed replaced on the U-Haul, however, the customer service made up for it.

So grateful for their help today. We are towing a car on a U-Haul dolly and one of the wheel straps had come off. They went the extra mile and were so incredibly helpful! 5 stars!

I shouldn't be leaving 5 stars but I believe what happened to me was a freak thing, and things like this happen to me a lot. I rented a uhaul and tow dolly to tow my car. Halfway through our 17 hour journey, I noticed one of the chains came unhooked from under my car. I read the instructions on the dolly and crawled under there to fix it. The chain stays attached by a S hook and that hook was gone! I had to wrap it around and then secure it with the lock I'd purchased to lock the truck. I have no idea how long it was unattached as I only checked when I fueled up. When I took the truck back at our destination he said he's never seen that happen. The reason I'm sharing this is because I really think we need to be given spare hooks in case this happens. I am assuming it was all hooked correctly when I left but it was pretty scary to see a chain hanging off of my car midway through our journey. Service wasn't super fast but they were friendly!
