Citywide Storage

Staff is super helpful and nice. Checkout is quick and pretty much hassle free. Prices are about what you would expect around this area. Ex:10x20x8 unit is about $150/month. Have used this place several times and have never had any complaints

I stored with this company over a year. Always made payments. I moved out on the second of the month and they charged me for 15 days. Never again. I'll use someone else and never recommend them again. If you have to make money that way.. I won't do business with you. They took my money on the first and returned half on the 10th. People like this do not have customers best interest. I also emptied some trash in bin and was told I couldn't do that it was their trash only. It was empty boxes I broke down. I told them it wasn't posted that way and the rude man said simply it was their trash only. Never again. My storage was 150.00 per month. They made enough not to be so cheap!

Six+ years of paying $125+ monthly storage fee, late fees when we got behind. We always, always made it right with them. Don't expect them to return the favor. They sold our unit for $36. Irreplaceable things, gone. My kids keepsakes, awards I had won throughout my career.... gone. Nothing of real value to anyone but us. I realize we needed to pay. We would have, is the thing, and it would've been what we owed. Go elsewhere. Obviously they don't need the money. I hope the lady up front gets a dream offer somewhere else. She's the only good thing about Citywide.
