Claddagh Moving

Based on the other negative reviews, it seems like I dodged a bullet…

I hate to leave negative reviews, but I did not have a good experience with this company. I flew into town to help my daughter move and I came across this company. Neal agreed to help us move. A few days before the move date, he asked if he could come an hour earlier and I agreed to that since it worked better for my schedule. He never showed up, left us high and dry, and left us screwed. He ended up totally ghosting me and blocked my calls and messages out of nowhere. I only found out when I texted him to see what time he would arrive on the day of the move. I was left scrambling to find a mover at the very last minute. This caused a huge financial burden since I had to find new flights, also. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. I do not recommend.

From the beginning, I sincerely appreciated Neal's attentiveness and responsiveness to my requests. Neal and Jamal were timely (early, even), professional, efficient, and friendly. I recommend them highly! Since getting their help with moving in January 2023, I've recommended them to all my friends who had moving needs!

Found this company on Yelp. They showed up on time. They moved my stuff quickly and they packed up the fragile stuff like pictures, TVs, and lamps as part of the move. They didn't break or mess up any of my furniture in the move. They very much prefer cash to card so try to get cash in preparation.
