I had requested a quote online on a Sunday morning. They literally called me back within minutes of sending the quote. They were extremely professional on the phone. I had Marcus, Leonard and Kass come to my house to move me. They all three did an amazing job. They took great care of my items. Made sure that I had everything put in it just the right spot. I would definitely hire them in again in a heartbeat.

Claeys Brothers Moving & Storage assisted with moving all offices and contents of the county courthouse to another building across town. It was a massive undertaking with several moving parts and the entire process exceeded our expectations. The crew tore down and reassembled one office at a time which enabled us to continue service to the public with minimal interruptions. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very patient with county personnel. We definitely could not have completed this overwhelming project without the assistance of Claeys Bros and their equipment. I highly recommend their services to any business relocation project.

If I could give no stars at all I would. He cashed out the job prior to the job being completed and asking me to give the packer a check for said amount to bring to him so he could pay her leaving me to pack the rest on my own. The garage hasn’t been packed my bathroom is left with unpacked boxes and drawers. My bedroom hasn’t even been started on. What kind business runs this way? If I could post pictures of the unpacked mess that is left behind I would and I’m going to try.

Great moving company

Update: I called them as requested in the reply. Was told the person I needed to speak with wouldnt be in until the afternoon. I left my info and a brief message with the man who answered the phone. No one has called and its been days.

I hired this company after reading such great reviews. Sadly, My experience was not that great. According to Google it takes 14 min to get from their address to mine. They were to leave at 8am and be to me around 815. They got there at 845 and then charged me in the end another 45 min to get back to their hub. That was an hour and half I paid for them to drive to and from for their job! I can get to Missouri valley, Iowa in 45 min. It doesn't take 45 min to drive to anywhere in Sioux city or sgt bluff! To top it off, the guys smoke cigarettes and stunk. Carrying my items against their smoke smelling clothes. YUCK! I had moved 90% of my home myself and merely needed them for my big items and the stuff in my garage. It should have never cost me as much as it did. They took their sweet time about everything. I totally feel ripped off after looking back at my moving day.
