The movers did such a good job! They were in and out and moved my entire place in 1.5 hours. Everything arrived, nothing was damaged, and the guys were extremely professional. Would highly recommend moving with them!

Review:

Clancy says United’s fault. United says Clancy fault. had Seamus come out twice to give me an estimate. When the movers showed up, the main moving guy (who kept asking me how to spell things for his log sheet) complained to me the entire time that I was not charged enough, there was more than he was told, etc. It was exactly what was on the sheet that Seamus wrote down. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I’m sure he was trying to pressure me to giive him money - and more than just the tip. He was creepy. I reported this to Todd and Seamus. I had an $800 litter robot and told them please wrap this very carefully and box it because it is brand new, fragile and expensive. It arrived only wrapped in a blanket and completely crushed and broken. All because this guy was angry at the quote Seamus gave me. Seamus assured me that I did not need the additional insurance because Clancy did not want their reputation ruined and always paid to replace items anyway. I was very clear on the insurance coverage but was told I did NOT NEED IT!! Of course, when I reported the item, sent in photos they immediately said it was United’s problem. I asked Todd for information on how to escalate it and never heard back. The United guys who unloaded me were even stunned how poorly Clancy packed the litter robot. Maybe I just got a really bad moving crew from Clancy but this was not a good moving experience. I used United because of their reputation but Clancy was an unexpected disappointment.
