a faulty gate locked me out 2 days into my contract and left me to reschedule on moving weekend. A glitch in the system and an unhelpful attendant next door on duty at the laundry place was a huge frustrating (avoidable) mistake, but Jordan the manager saw my review here and called me first thing Saturday. Admitted the mistake and is doing everything to rectify the situation. It has thrown my move schedule into a weird place but mistakes happen. it's how the company handles it, that matters. She has been easy to communicate with and professional. Faulty electronics and teenage employees aside, she's trying to make it right. I'm editing my previous review to reflect their response which is appropriate.

A great place to store my belongings that I don’t have room for. I like that is it gated and well lit. It was a very easy process to rent my storage unit here and the staff is friendly and helpful!
